I enjoyed drawing all my life, but only started painting about 15 years ago and immediately found that I loved to paint.  Largely self-taught, I initially took lessons with artist Nina Patterson and later joined art classes in my local Community College. 

I paint in a variety of media.  I am visually attracted to diverse subjects rather than to a theme, and my paintings cover a wide range of subjects.
