Noreen Joyce

I’m a self-taught artist based in Naas Co Kildare. I have spent over twenty years bringing the beauty of nature, animals seascapes and landscapes to life through my painting.

My art journey has been all about learning by doing, exploring, and constantly pushing myself. Over the years, I’ve traveled to workshops both in Ireland and abroad, and I love connecting with other artists through groups like Plein Eire and painting festivals across Ireland and Spain, France , Portugal . 

I take a lot of inspiration from classic masters like Turner, Cezanne, Sorolla, Edward Seago, and Georgia O’Keeffe, but I’ve worked hard to build a style that’s completely my own. 

For me, it’s all about capturing light, movement, in a way that lets people pause, step into the painting, and really feel the scene.
